All products are sold subject to availability, applicable regulations, and export/import laws of India and the destination country.

4. Product Quality and Compliance

  • All products are processed and packed under ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000, HACCP, and FSSAI guidelines.

  • Product quality and specification details are shared in Proforma Invoices or Sales Contracts.

  • We guarantee shipment only after quality testing, certification, and export documentation are completed.

5. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are quoted in USD or INR, depending on the buyer’s region.

  • Prices may vary based on market conditions, logistics costs, and government policies.

  • Payment terms are subject to mutual agreement — typically Advance / LC / TT.

  • The Company reserves the right to modify or revise pricing at any time without prior notice.

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery timelines depend on destination, logistics, customs clearance, and product availability.

  • Risk and ownership of goods transfer to the buyer once shipped or handed over to the transporter, as per Incoterms (FOB/CIF/CFR/EXW) mentioned in the contract.

  • Delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances will not make the Company liable for penalties.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of agricultural exports, products once shipped cannot be returned. Refunds or replacements may be considered only in case of documented quality discrepancies, supported by inspection reports within 5 working days of receipt.

9. Limitation of Liability
